Requires a mandatory S26 qualification and demonstrated experience in Dump Leach or Tailings operations. Must possess a C Class Manual Driver's Licence and the ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

About the Role
Reporting to the Dump Leach Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day operational leadership across the Dump Leach and Tails area. You’ll play a key role in aligning team capability and resources with operational plans, while supporting compliance, performance reporting, and continuous improvement. You’ll also can step into a supervisor role when required (S26), making this an excellent development pathway.

About Telfer Operations
Telfer is a long-life gold-copper mine in the Paterson Province of Western Australia’s East Pilbara region. The operation includes both open-pit and underground mining and Australia’s third-largest gold-copper processing facility. Since commencing production in 1975, Telfer has produced over 15 million ounces of gold. The site operates on a fly-in fly-out basis and offers a wide range of onsite recreational facilities to support workforce wellbeing.
