The OD Lead will design and implement global organizational development strategies to enhance company culture and performance. This includes leading AI-driven process redesigns, managing the annual performance cycle, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least 5 years of OD experience in global organizations. Proficiency in change management and the application of AI tools to HR processes is essential.

Certification in organizational development or a related field is a plus.
