Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4-8+ years of experience in change management or digital transformation. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, with a preference for Prosci or CCMP certifications.

Strong facilitation skills for workshops, awareness sessions, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions
Strong written communication skills for executive messages, user communications, FAQs, guides, training materials, and adoption updates
Ability to identify change impacts across roles, processes, decision points, tools, responsibilities, and ways of working
Practical experience managing resistance, adoption risks, stakeholder concerns, and communication gaps
Ability to design user-friendly training and enablement materials for business and operational users
Ability to work with senior leaders, middle managers, frontline users, data owners, data stewards, and technical teams
Working knowledge of adoption measurement, feedback collection, readiness assessment, and benefit reinforcement
Ability to simplify data concepts for non-technical audiences
Strong coordination and stakeholder follow-up skills
