The Resident Engineer acts as the on-site technical representative to support product development, launch activities, and ongoing production. They are responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing engineering changes, and ensuring clear communication between the plant and central engineering teams.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with 3-7+ years of automotive engineering experience. Proficiency in CAD tools, validation processes, and automotive interior product development is required.
