Our client is a premier international manufacturer and supplier of high-quality rubber components, dedicated to delivering precision-engineered solutions across Southeast Asia. Powering global market expansion and high-grade textile and elastic production, they are building out an elite commercial footprint to capture high-value accounts across key regional manufacturing hubs.

We are seeking a highly proactive, field-based, and results-oriented Sales Representative (Rubber Thread / Textile / Elastics) to drive market expansion and commercial strategy in Indonesia. Functioning as a central commercial bridge, this role operates on a flexible, highly mobile schedule directly engaging current and prospective industrial clients nationwide. Your goal is to map competitive landscapes, cultivate high-value customer relationships, and secure sustainable revenue growth to capture dominant market share across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Growth: Execute targeted sales strategies to actively increase the company’s market share across industrial hubs in Indonesia.
• Competitor & Market Intelligence: Obtain deep market intelligence from rubber thread users nationwide, focusing on target accounts currently purchasing from competitors.
• Client Engagement: Conduct regular, proactive site visits to current and potential clients to build, maintain, and elevate strategic business partnerships.
• PM & Site Interface: Assist corporate sales leadership and global account managers during their visits to current and prospective regional customers.
• Industry Presence: Represent the company brand and engage prospects at key industry trade shows, exhibitions, and regional conventions.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic market insights and executive-level advice to leadership on actionable tactics to maximize market penetration in key territories.
• Industry Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience within textile, garments, elastics, rubber thread, or related manufacturing industries.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered a strong operational advantage.
• Mobility & Transport: Must possess personal transportation and be fully willing and able to travel extensively across Indonesia as business demands dictate.
• Autonomy & Flexibility: Highly self-motivated, comfortable with flexible working hours, and able to perform effectively in a constantly moving, field-based working environment.
• Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of gathering competitive intelligence and closing long-term commercial accounts.

Prior experience or an existing network and established relationships with major textile, garment, or elastic manufacturers across Indonesia. Deep operational understanding of industrial rubber thread applications, supply chain logistics, and local B2B commercial practices.
