As HR Director Czech Republic & Slovakia, you will lead the HR function for approximately 1,500 employees across manufacturing and commercial operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, lead an HR team of around 20 employees and drive the people agenda in a complex, international matrix environment.
We are looking for an experienced HR leader who combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic hands-on approach and who can bring structure, clarity and stability while successfully balancing global standards with local business needs.
What will make you successful in this role: You are a calm and credible leader who brings structure where complexity exists, builds trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and successfully implements corporate standards while respecting local business realities.
