The Reliability Engineer will support the Maintenance Excellence Program by developing reliability road maps and leading Root Cause Analysis and Preventive Maintenance initiatives. They will analyze automated machinery to identify bad actors and implement improvements to increase OEE and financial benefit.
Requires a third-level engineering qualification and over 3 years of experience in a regulated or highly automated environment. Strong data analytics skills are required, while CMRP, CRL, or Green Belt certifications are preferred.
