We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager (Enterprise B2B) to join our Demand Generation Marketing team. In this role, you will own and scale our global digital demand engine, driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across key markets.

You will lead performance marketing across multiple channels, working closely with content, Product Marketing, and Sales to deliver measurable business impact. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and is excited to scale a global B2B demand engine targeting enterprise healthcare clients. In this role you will manage external providers and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Implement the B2B demand generation strategy and quarterly planning across various channels
• Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO, and ABM programs. 
• Lead SEO and GEO across search and LLM discovery, including strategy, technical SEO, keyword and entity mapping, monitoring performance, and visibility reporting.
• Own website conversion optimization, continuously improving user journeys, landing pages, messaging, forms, CTAs, and overall conversion rates through data-driven experimentation.
• Identify, evaluate, and scale emerging acquisition channels, technologies, and AI-powered marketing opportunities to drive efficient pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and the content team to develop high-performing ads, landing pages, and lifecycle content, including tailored ABM campaigns
• Work with external agencies and vendors as needed to scale execution.
• Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, tools, and AI to continuously improve performance and scale.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or B2B performance marketing at enterprise SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and driving measurable improvements in funnel conversion and lead quality.
• Strong hands-on experience managing and scaling large paid media budgets across multiple acquisition channels, while optimizing CPL and ROI.
• Proven experience with AI search optimization (GEO), and website performance.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce – advantage), including workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
• Experience with ABM strategies and targeting enterprise, VP, and C-level audiences.
• Experience working closely with content and design teams to create high-performing marketing assets (ads, landing pages, etc.).
• English – native or very good level – a must.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to experimentation and decision making.
