Responsible for the daily operation of the store, including leading the team to meet targets and managing order picking. Oversees inventory control, goods reception, and ensures cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained.
Must have previous experience in shift management, preferably in retail, logistics, or food sectors. Requires the ability to lead a team, handle pressure, and willingness to perform physical work in shifts including weekends.

שכר: 42 ₪ לשעה + בונוסים של עד 8 ₪ לשעה (בהתאם לעמידה ביעדים)
היקף משרה: מלאה – 5–6 משמרות בשבוע, כולל סופ״ש לפי צורך
שעות עבודה: בוקר / ערב בהתאם לצורכי החנות
אחריות על ניהול ותפעול שוטף של החנות במהלך המשמרת – הובלת הצוות לעמידה ביעדים, ניהול ליקוטים והזמנות, טיפול בחוסרים ותקלות בזמן אמת, ושמירה על סדר, ניקיון ונהלי עבודה.
