Voor onze nieuwe, hippe broodjesbar op een unieke locatie zoeken we geen klassieke verantwoordelijke, maar een teamlead met goesting. Iemand die energie, ideeën en creativiteit meebrengt, het team kan motiveren en samen met ons deze plek op de kaart zet.
Operationeel overzicht: je zorgt dat de broodjesbar dagelijks vlot draait, bewaakt de kwaliteit, versheid en presentatie van onze producten en houdt alles netjes en hygiënisch.
Teamlead: je stuurt, coacht en motiveert het team, werkt nieuwe collega’s in en creëert een positieve en energieke vibe tijdens elke shift.
Hands-on service: je staat zelf mee op de vloer, bedient gasten, bereidt broodjes en zorgt dat de gastbeleving altijd top is.
Creativiteit & concept: je denkt mee over nieuwe broodjes, specials en extra’s, en helpt mee het unieke concept en de sfeer van de bar vorm te geven.
Organisatie & planning: je houdt voorraad en bestellingen bij, maakt overzichtelijke roosters en ziet kansen om processen en service continu te verbeteren.
