GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• To process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The staff will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments.
• Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Issue receipts, summary bill, itemized bill, refund note and etc.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Keep reports of transactions.
• Communicates with others in a polite and professional manner.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accurate amounts and adequate change available during the work shift, compute and record totals of transactions.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• To participate actively in any other new service that is introduced by the organization.
• Comply with Company Policies, Health and Safety Policies.
• Ensure conformance to all policies and procedures of ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2015, HALAL, Malaysian Hospital Accreditation Standards.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Service Practice (SPP) at all times.
• Ensure adherence to related legal requirement. Provide processes that support patients and family rights during care regardless of age, race, language, religion and social status.
• Adopt and practices the Patient Safety Goals as safety improvement measures recommend by World Alliance for Patient Safety (2008).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Minimum: SPM/Diploma.

Experience Required:

• Minimum: Preferably 1-2 years relevant working experience.
