The Slitting Operator is responsible for setting up and operating slitting machinery to process packaging materials according to customer specifications. They must also perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure all production output meets quality and safety standards.
Candidates are expected to have the ability to operate and maintain slitting equipment while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols. Proficiency in data recording and a commitment to continuous improvement and 5S standards are required for this role.
