Coordinate the planning, execution, and close-out of turnaround activities for static equipment while ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Monitor progress, manage SAP master data, and resolve execution issues to achieve operational readiness objectives.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the fertilizer industry. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA EAM and Primavera P6 is highly advantageous.
Support the successful planning, preparation, execution, and close-out of turnaround activities by coordinating with the Turnaround Coordination Team, Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, Contractors, and Support Functions.
Ensure assigned turnaround deliverables, execution readiness activities, work packages, materials, resources, and contractor requirements are effectively managed and completed in accordance with approved schedules, quality standards, HSE requirements, and turnaround procedures.
Monitor turnaround progress, support risk mitigation and scope change implementation, resolve day-to-day execution issues, and contribute to the achievement of turnaround schedule, cost, quality, and operational readiness objectives.
