במסגרת התפקיד, מנהל/ת התחום תוביל/יוביל את פעילות הרכש בתחומי שירותים תעשייתיים וקבלניים לרבות קבלני אריזה והמכלה, מערכות והתקשרויות סביבתיות ורגולטוריות כגון טיפול במים, שפכים, פסולות וניטור, וכן קטגוריות טכניות והנדסיות מגוונות הכוללות ציוד, רכיבים וחומרי אחזקה למערכות מכניות ותהליכיות

הובלת תהליכי רכש אסטרטגי, במטרה להפחית עלויות, תוך שמירה או שיפור באיכות המוצר/שירות ושיפור רמת השירות-
זיהוי, הערכה ובחירה של ספקים, הובלת תהליכי מו"מ מורכבים עם ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל וסגירת הסכמים ארוכי טווח באמצעות ניתוח מגמות השוק-
ותוך הבנת צורכי השותפים
בחינת חלופות ומציאת אלטרנטיבות לחסכון משמעותי-
ניהול חוזים, ביצוע הערכת ספקים וניהול קשר שוטף עם הספקים-
ניתוח והצגת נתונים מסחריים, מול גורמים בכירים ובוועדות רכש-
ניהול תהליך מלא משלב הדרישה ועד הזמנת רכש: הכנת תיקי בל"מ, ניהול מו"מ עם ספקים, טיפול בדרישות, הוצאת הזמנות והכנת פרוטוקולי רכש-
