The HSE Engineer is responsible for safeguarding the health, safety, and environment of the workforce and public during the construction of high-voltage transmission lines. This includes promoting a safe work culture and ensuring compliance during the commissioning of overhead and underground power lines.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in safety or industrial engineering and have at least 5 years of HSE experience in construction, preferably in the power line industry. Required qualifications include NEBOSH, a valid Saudi driving license, and SCE membership for Saudi applicants.
