The Programme Assistant will supervise children during daily activities, including free play, homework assistance, and structured indoor and outdoor games. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive environment while engaging with children in both English and Irish.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with school-aged children and possess basic knowledge of child development. Proficiency in both English and Irish is required, along with valid Garda vetting and the legal right to work in Ireland.

Job Description
Supervise children during activities and free play
Assist with homework and educational tasks
Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
Assist with games, crafts, and group activities
Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
Basic knowledge of child development
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
Work Permit/ VISA essential
At least 2 written references checks are required before starting
Fluency in the Irish is needed, as the successful candidate will be required to communicate and engage with the children through Irish as part of the role.
7.40am to 9am and 2.30pm to 6pm Monday to Friday
