Manage BAU product support for Financial Crime products, ensuring efficient triage and resolution of defects and incidents. Lead a multi-disciplinary team to align Vietnam-based capabilities with Australian transformation priorities and operational standards.

Maximum Term/Fixed Term (Fixed Term)Manage BAU product support across Financial Crime products, ensuring defects, incidents, and customer/colleague feedback are triaged, prioritised, and resolved in line with agreed SLAs.
Ensure structured requirements, well-formed user stories, and adequate test coverage are delivered across all change activity, with consistent BA practice across the team.
Partner with Product Performance to monitor and report on product performance, AI model health, and benefits realisation; surface insights and risks to Australian leadership in a timely manner.
Partner with Australian-based product owners, sub-domain leads, and delivery teams to align Vietnam-based capability with broader transformation priorities.
Embed consistent ways of working across product ownership, business analysis, performance, and consultant practices - including playbooks, templates, and quality standards.
Represent the Product Operations team in governance forums and performance reviews, providing transparent reporting on team output, service levels, and capability development.
Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and operational controls across all product operations activities.
5+ years' experience in product management, business analysis, product operations, or delivery roles within complex regulated environments.
Experience managing BAU product support, including incident triage, defect management, and operational performance monitoring.
Familiarity with Financial Crime domains (AML/CTF, Sanctions) and/or AI/ML-enabled products preferred.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across geographies, ideally in a hybrid Australia-Vietnam delivery model.
Offshore or globally distributed team leadership experience preferred.
Leadership - Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary product teams
Product Operations & Lifecycle - Strong understanding of the end-to-end product management lifecycle, including discovery, delivery and BAU operations
Performance & Insight - Ability to interpret product performance, AI model health, and BAU operational data, translating insights into clear actions and prioritisation decisions.
Business Analysis - Strong grounding in BA practices, including requirements elicitation, story writing, acceptance criteria, and test coverage.
Stakeholder Engagement - Effective communicator able to engage Australian-based product owners, sub-domain leads, and senior leadership with clarity and credibility.
Coaching & Capability Uplift - Demonstrated ability to coach consultants and analysts, supporting career progression including consultant-to-Product Owner pathways.
