Serve as a technical point of contact for customers using D365 F&SCM and AX to manage support tickets and change requests. Develop and optimize system customizations, workflows, and integrations using X++ and modern development tools.
Requires solid experience in D365 F&SCM or AX development and integration technologies. Candidates should have a relevant IT degree or qualification and be fluent in both German and English.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) and Microsoft Dynamics AX, handling requests professionally and ensuring effective solutions are delivered.
Manage support tickets and change requests in a structured and efficient manner, maintaining focus on scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
Support multiple enterprise customers and ensure a high level of service, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Act as a key interface between customers and internal teams through strong communication, active listening, and a customer-centric mindset.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and additional services based on customer needs and business objectives.
Develop and optimize workflows, data entities, reports, forms, and customizations using X++ and other D365 F&SCM technologies.
Utilize modern development tools and platforms, including source control, application lifecycle management, and AI-assisted development tools.
Contribute to software quality through clean coding practices, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
