Responder pela gestão e controles das atividades dos Pontos de Venda de alimentos e bebidas, garantindo a qualidade dos serviços, aumento dos níveis da receita e satisfação dos clientes. Planejar, administrar e coordenar as atividades dos Pontos de Venda, definindo diretrizes e rotinas de trabalho, orientando, priorizando/distribuindo tarefas e solucionando os problemas operacionais pertinentes. Supervisionar a recepção ou recepcionar os hóspedes na chegada ao Ponto de Venda, prestando informações. Saudar cordialmente os hóspedes, fazer contato visual e chama-lo pelo nome.
