Requirements

The candidate must be able to execute product application tests and analyze quality problems following internal procedures. They should be capable of generating detailed performance reports and collaborating with leadership to implement corrective actions.

PROPÓSITO FUNDAMENTAL:

Asegurar el óptimo desempeño de los productos en los procesos de la ensambladora, dando soporte y respuesta oportuna a los requerimientos del cliente y su permanente satisfacción.


RESPONSABILIDADES:

•    Ejecutar y asesorar en la utilización de productos, con el fin de garantizar el optimo desempeño en la línea de aplicación, cumpliendo con los niveles de calidad del cliente.

•    Realizar seguimiento al comportamiento y cargue de los productos en sala de bombas, controlando las condiciones y parametros del cliente, con el objetivo de garantizar el óptimo desempeño de los productos.

•    Realizar informes del comportamiento de productos y proceso, para dar respuesta a los requerimientos de seguridad y calidad internos y externos.

•    Realizar los análisis y ensayos de aplicación de producto con el cliente, para la solución de problemas en línea.

•    Analizar posibles problema de calidad en el producto y proceso, siguiendo los procedimientos internos del cliente, con el fin de garantizar el flujo de producción.

•    Verificar el correcto desempeño de los productos suministrados por PPG, monitoreando permanentemente los cambios en el proceso (temperaturas, viscosidades, flujos) cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, para lograr la satisfacción del cliente.

•    Realizar los correspondientes informes sobre el desempeño de los productos y proceso, con el fin de hacer seguimiento periodico y analizar los correctivos necesarios.

•    Analizar y desarollar con su líder la búsqueda de soluciones a las dificultades que se presenten en la producción con el fin sostener y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
