Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end order process and relationship for OEM customers in the agricultural equipment segment. Coordinate with internal departments like Logistics and Engineering to ensure service level agreements and delivery deadlines are met.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Previous experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain within an industrial environment is required.

Analista de Negócios - Jundiaí/SP

 

Sobre a vaga

A SKF é uma empresa líder de mercado global na fabricação de rolamentos, tecnologias de vedação, lubrificação, vibração e engenharia, estando há 111 anos no Brasil.

 

Buscamos por um(a) Analista de Negócios para atuar na área de Customer Service cidade de Jundiaí/SP, integrando nossa equipe de Atendimento ao Cliente no segmento OEM, sendo responsável por garantir a excelência no relacionamento com clientes fabricantes de equipamentos agrícolas, bem como o cumprimento dos prazos e exatidão das informações referente aos pedidos. 

 

Descrição das atividades:

  • Atendimento e relacionamento com clientes do segmento OEM (fabricantes de máquinas e equipamentos);
  • Gestão de carteira de pedidos de clientes OEM, acompanhando todo o processo do início ao fim (cotações, pedidos, análise de carteira, entre outras atividades);
  • Interface com áreas internas como Logística, Vendas, Planejamento, Engenharia e outras áreas de suporte;
  • Acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho (OTIF, SLA etc.), garantindo o nível de serviço acordado com clientes OEM;
  • Atuação na resolução de problemas relacionados com entregas, prazos, disponibilidade e divergências comerciais;
  • Desenvolver, identificar necessidades e oportunidades nos processos visando melhoria contínua e eficiência operacional;
  • Participar de reuniões com clientes online e ocasionalmente presencialmente para entender o seu negócio, apoiar na tomada de decisão e fortalecer o relacionamento;
  • Atuar como ponto focal para clientes de maior complexidade, garantindo alinhamento entre demanda, planejamento e execução.

 

Requisitos & Competências:

  • Necessário ter curso superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas afins;
  • Excel intermediário/avançado;
  • Boa comunicação, proatividade e foco na resolução de problemas;
  • Experiência prévia em Customer Service, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatas em ambiente industrial;
  • É um diferencial você ter vivência com clientes OEM, B2B ou fabricantes de máquinas e equipamentos;
  • É um diferencial você ter conhecimento do idioma inglês avançado;
  • É um diferencial você já ter atuado em indústrias dos segmentos agrícola, automotivo, máquinas ou equipamentos pesados;
  • É um diferencial você ter experiência com BI, CRM ou SAP.
