The Senior Technician is responsible for maintaining property safety and ensuring all facilities are presented appropriately. Duties include performing repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, painting, and drywall, as well as managing the exterior appearance of the property.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a technician role and possess strong time management and customer service skills. A professional certification is preferred for this position.
