The Associate Designer will assist in all design stages for the Napapijri apparel collection, including trend research, sketching, and creating seasonal concepts. They will collaborate closely with the design team, product development, and merchandisers to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business needs.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and possess 1 to 3 years of experience in apparel design. Proficiency in CAD software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, is required, along with strong product development knowledge.

The Associate Designer will participate and assist in all design steps to create the Napapijri apparel collection across multiple categories.
Reporting to the Design Director, you will propose creative ideas and design solutions, work on trend research and sketches.
You will work in close partnership with the design team, product development, and merchandiser on the designated brief, ensuring alignment with the brand seasonal direction and the business needs.
