Description du poste

Dans le cadre de son développement en France, Napapijri recrute un(e) Responsable des Ventes (Wholesale) chargé(e) de piloter et d’accélérer la croissance de son réseau de distribution.

Rattaché(e) à la direction commerciale Europe, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la définition et le déploiement de la stratégie wholesale sur le marché français. Vous êtes responsable de la gestion du réseau existant tout en identifiant et développant de nouveaux leviers de croissance, dans une logique de performance durable et de cohérence de marque.

Principales responsabilités

Définition et pilotage stratégique

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie wholesale pour la France, en ligne avec le positionnement et les objectifs de croissance de la marque
  • Identifier les opportunités de développement et piloter leur mise en œuvre

Développement commercial et gestion de comptes

  • Gérer, développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients stratégiques
  • Identifier, négocier et ouvrir de nouveaux comptes clés (key accounts)
  • Construire des partenariats durables avec les acteurs majeurs du marché

Optimisation du réseau de distribution

  • Renforcer la qualité et la cohérence du réseau existant
  • Améliorer la productivité et la performance commerciale des points de vente

Pilotage des performances

  • Conduire les campagnes de vente (sell-in) en coordination avec le siège
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (sell-through, forecasts, prises de commandes)
  • Analyser les résultats et déployer des plans d’actions adaptés

Excellence retail et image de marque

  • Garantir une exécution optimale en point de vente (merchandising, visibilité, storytelling produit)
  • Assurer la bonne représentation de la marque sur l’ensemble des canaux

Coordination transverse

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes européennes (Merchandising, Marketing, Finance)
  • Être un interlocuteur clé entre le marché français et le siège

Contribution organisationnelle

  • Participer à la structuration future de l’organisation commerciale en fonction de la croissance de l’activité

Profil recherché

  • Expérience significative dans un rôle commercial wholesale en France, idéalement dans les secteurs lifestyle, outdoor ou mode premium
  • Réseau établi auprès des acteurs wholesale et grands magasins
  • Excellente capacité à développer un portefeuille clients et à générer de la croissance
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement structuré avec des enjeux de distribution sélective
  • Forte orientation résultats, sens du commerce et excellentes compétences en négociation
  • Esprit stratégique associé à une forte capacité opérationnelle
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en transformation
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
