Description

Over de functie

Als Beoordelaar Vintage Sieraden ben je een gemotiveerde en flexibele teamspeler die het Sieradenteam binnen onze Marketplace-afdeling komt versterken. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren beoordelaars en ondersteunt de Productiemanagers bij het sorteren, groeperen en klaarmaken van een breed scala aan vintage producten voor het juiste platform.

Je krijgt een uitgebreid inwerktraject waarin je alles leert over de verschillende productcategorieën en het verkoopproces. Een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid en een passie voor vintage en antieke verzamelobjecten zijn de sleutel tot succes in deze veelzijdige functie.

Jouw eerste stappen…
  • Je rondt de basistraining af op het gebied van productsortering en -categorisering voor verschillende vintage productlijnen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Managers van de Marketplace-afdeling om onze kwaliteitsstandaarden en verkoopprocessen te leren kennen.
  • Je maakt jezelf wegwijs in de KPI's van de afdeling en draagt direct bij aan de teamdoelstellingen, met name rondom productplaatsingen en kwaliteitsnormen.

  • Je bouwt zelfvertrouwen op in het (onder begeleiding) beoordelen, sorteren en klaarmaken van diverse vintage items.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verkoopdoelstellingen van het team door te helpen bij het schrijven van nauwkeurige en aantrekkelijke productomschrijvingen.
  • Je versterkt de samenwerking binnen de Marketplace-teams door betrouwbare ondersteuning te bieden en bij te dragen aan een prettige werksfeer.
  • Je ontwikkelt je tot een proactief teamlid dat kansen grijpt om te leren en meedenkt over het verbeteren van de efficiëntie en workflow.

  • Het team ondersteunen bij het behalen van de KPI’s binnen de Marketplace-afdeling.
  • Je focussen op het leerproces en zorgen voor nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit bij de productvoorbereiding, geheel volgens onze afdelingsrichtlijnen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een fijne en collegiale werkomgeving waarin teamwerk en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.



Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Assisteren bij het sorteren, groeperen en categoriseren van verschillende vintage producten, en leren bepalen wat het meest geschikte verkoopplatform is.
  • Nauw samenwerken met afdelingsmanagers en senior teamleden om de KPI-doelstellingen te behalen en een positieve teamsfeer te behouden.
  • Onder begeleiding schrijven van gedetailleerde en nauwkeurige productteksten, zorgend dat deze voldoen aan de platform- en afdelingsrichtlijnen.
  • Je IT- en administratieve vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen, efficiënt leren typen en helder schriftelijk communiceren op de verschillende platforms.



Jouw profiel: Kennis en vaardigheden

  • Een aantoonbare interesse in of passie voor vintage en antieke voorwerpen, zoals sieraden, goud en zilver.
  • Het vermogen en de motivatie om nauwkeurig en productief te werken bij dagelijkse, routinematige taken, met oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Basiskennis van IT en online tools, en een sterke wil om te leren hoe je productadvertenties opzet en systemen bijhoudt.
