Magoya is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to design, optimize, and scale the
commercial operating model that drives our business growth. This role sits at the center of our
Business Development, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams, ensuring our
commercial engine operates efficiently from opportunity identification through proposal
development and client handoff.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable improving sales processes, coordinating complex
pursuits, managing proposal development, analyzing pipeline performance, and building
repeatable systems that allow the organization to grow without increasing complexity
Own and continuously improve Magoya's end-to-end commercial and sales process.
Establish and maintain sales stages, operating cadences, and best practices that drive
consistency across the Business Development team.
Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion
rates, forecast accuracy, and overall commercial performance.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase efficiency and
scalability.
Serve as the operational lead for strategic pursuits and high-value opportunities.
Coordinate proposal development across Business Development, Product, Engineering,
Marketing, and Leadership.
Develop pursuit timelines, manage deliverables, facilitate review cycles, and ensure
proposals are completed on time and at a high standard.
Capture lessons learned through win/loss reviews and continuously improve proposal
processes.
Coordinate account planning sessions with Business Development representatives and
ensure account plans remain current and actionable.
Develop and maintain sales playbooks, proposal templates, pricing guidance, and
reusable commercial assets.
Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of Business Development team members
through standardized processes and documentation.
Own CRM data quality and commercial reporting.
Develop dashboards and insights that support business planning, forecasting, and
executive decision making.
Analyze pipeline performance and sales trends to identify opportunities for process
improvement and revenue growth.
Ensure leadership has accurate, timely, and actionable commercial insights.
Coordinate collaboration between Business Development, Product, Engineering,
Marketing, and Delivery throughout the commercial lifecycle.
Ensure proposed solutions align with delivery capabilities and business priorities.
Improve communication, ownership, and operational rhythms across commercial teams.
Design repeatable commercial processes that support Magoya's continued growth as a
professional services organization.
Identify opportunities to automate manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Document commercial processes, governance, and best practices.
Build and continuously evolve the commercial operating model that connects
business development, solution design, proposal management, and delivery into
one scalable growth engine
7+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales
Enablement, Sales Operations, Consulting Operations, or a related commercial
enablement role.
Demonstrated experience building and improving commercial processes in a
professional services, technology, consulting, or SaaS environment.
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience coordinating complex proposals, RFPs, or strategic pursuits.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and commercial analytics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence across
technical and commercial teams.
Analytical mindset with experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and operational
reporting.
Passion for creating scalable systems, improving processes, and enabling high-performing commercial teams.
Advanced English (required) and Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
