Graduate Program - Strategy & Planning

  

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in which you can define, manage, and evaluate business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives and develop data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.

Start Date: September 2026

Location : Istanbul, Turkey

Mandatory Requirements: Graduated from a university within the last 12 months from start-date on, full-time availability for 1 year, Turkish & English on an advanced professional level

What you’ll do :  

During the 1 year HPE Graduate Program, you will :

• work with cross-functional teams to support the data collection process.

• support data and business analysis to develop business plans. 

• support the development of models and tools for planning and reporting. 

• measure business performance and compare actual data to targeted/forecasted values. 

• support market research projects and gather intelligence on current industry, technology, and consumer trends.

• support deployment of sales tools and programs

What you’ll need:  

• To have completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2025 or 2026 with a focus in business, management, marketing, economics or related degree

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish

• Strong interpersonal, presentation and planning skills

• You are an analytical thinker with technical analysis and data manipulation skills  

• You are highly proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel and are willing to acquire/advance Microsoft Power BI skills

• You have knowledge of research and project management methodologies
