What you will do:
Command the macro planning and infrastructure integration of a generational, multi-decade mega-township vision.
Take absolute executive accountability for project planning, construction, and successful handovers.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams while directing complex budgets and contract administration.
Coordinate global tech giants, consultants, and contractors across the development lifecycle.
Manage critical risks while ensuring world-class construction quality and strict site safety.
Experience you need:
Proven pedigree managing complex mixed developments within an established, reputable Tier-1 property developer corporate environment.
Minimum 15 years in property development with 5+ years in senior leadership.
Proven history of delivering massive, landmark high-rise or integrated multi-tower portfolios.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related project management disciplines
Full willingness to lead operations directly at Southern Malaysia sites.
