About this role
Deine Aufgaben:
- Selbstständiges Durchführen von Rüstarbeiten und Einstelltätigkeiten an 3- und 5-Achs Fräsmaschinen
- Aktive Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses
- Fehlerbehebung in Abstimmung mit Führungskräften
- Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung der Prozessabläufe
- Einfache Programmkorrekturen
- Kenntnisse in Form und Lage
- einfache Wartungs - und Instandhaltungstätigkeiten
- Kenntnisse mindestens einer Fertigungstechnologie
Dein Profil:
- Erfahrung am Frässektor
- Kenntnisse in der CNC-Bearbeitung
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit
- EDV-Grundkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft im 2-Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Verlässlichkeit
- Bereitschaft für Mehrarbeit (u.a. Samstag Vormittag)
- Kenntnisse in Form und Lage
- Mehrschichtbereitschaft

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 3.009,82 und € 3.272,86 – mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab. Hinzu kommen attraktive Schichtzulagen in der Höhe von durchschnittlich 190,– Euro brutto im 2-Schichtbetrieb.

From a one-man business to a global player: it all began in the market town of Pettenbach, where company founder Günter Fronius earned a living as a repair and maintenance man in 1945. Then came the idea that got the ball rolling: the trained electrical engineer developed a battery charger for cars. “I’ll build you a device that you can connect to the grid to charge the battery,” said Günter Fronius.
