Bei Fronius erwarten dich 16 verschiedene Lehrberufe, in den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen. Egal ob Technik, IT, Koch oder kaufmännische Berufe: Wir haben die passende Ausbildung für dich.
Du überlegst in der Oberstufe die Schule abzubrechen oder das Studieren ist dir zu theoretisch? Jeder Fronius Lehrberuf ist für dich, je nach Vorwissen (fachlich oder Matura) sogar in verkürzter Form möglich.

Lehrdauer: 3 - 4 Jahre je nach Lehrberuf
Wir erwarten von dir:
- Interesse und Motivation einen Lehrberuf bei Fronius zu erlernen
- Positiver Pflichtschulabschluss
- Vollständige Bewerbung mit Lebenslauf, Motivationsschreiben und deinen letzten zwei Zeugnissen

Jetzt möchtest du noch wissen, wie viel du verdienst? Gemäß Kollektivvertrag der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie bekommst du bei uns im 1. Lehrjahr 14 Mal € 1.261,--, im 2. Lehrjahr € 1.576,--, im 3. Lehrjahr € 1.891,-- und im 4. Lehrjahr € 2.458,--. Lehrlinge, die bereits die Matura absolviert haben, erhalten ein höheres Lehrlingseinkommen.
Ausnahme ist die Lehre zum Koch/Köchin, hier gilt bei Fronius: 1. Lehrjahr 14 Mal € 1147,--, im 2. Lehrjahr € 1285,-- und im 3. Lehrjahr € 1513,--.

From a one-man business to a global player: it all began in the market town of Pettenbach, where company founder Günter Fronius earned a living as a repair and maintenance man in 1945. Then came the idea that got the ball rolling: the trained electrical engineer developed a battery charger for cars. “I’ll build you a device that you can connect to the grid to charge the battery,” said Günter Fronius. Over the years the product range has expanded many times over.
