About this role


  • Conduct timely monthly and annual financial closures, including preparation of journal entries, provisions, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports for management review.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of statutory returns related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance records and monitor regulatory changes to ensure adherence to applicable laws.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, stock statements, and debtor statements to banks and financial institutions.
  • Develop periodic MIS and performance reports for lenders and investors, supporting funding and investment initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors by preparing audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
  • Address audit observations and queries promptly to ensure smooth audit outcomes.
  • Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure alignment with company policies and accounting procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior finance staff on accounting and reporting tasks.
  • Support management in budgeting, financial planning, and other strategic finance initiatives.


Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (Inter), CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• B.Com/M.Com with relevant Finance & Accounts experience may also be considered.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with exposure to financial closure, statutory compliance,
  audit coordination, and lender reporting.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho, or similar accounting software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
