Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
  • Assist with repairs, troubleshooting, and machinery installations.
  • Follow safety protocols and document maintenance activities.
  • Maintain organized tools, accurate records, and monitor spare parts inventory.
  • Support facility upkeep and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including 480V systems and below.
  • Working knowledge of industrial equipment, tools, and machinery; conveyor system experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Familiarity with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
