About this role
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to department heads on all HR-related matters.
- Drive core HR processes including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues effectively.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to streamline workflows and implement best practices using our core tools.
- Support change management initiatives and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across our distributed European offices.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the financial services, fintech, or IT sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and guide business leaders.
- Solid understanding of HR principles and employee relations (exposure to EU labor laws is a strong advantage).
- Fluent English (both spoken and written).
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with modern HR and productivity tech stacks (familiarity with Workable, BambooHR, and ClickUp is highly desirable).
- Work in a modern office in the center of Limassol with an open-minded and professional team;
- Relocation package, including reimbursement for flights and accommodation for 1 month;
