Das Fraunhofer-Institut für Zuverlässigkeit und Mikrointegration IZM ist ein weltweit führendes Forschungsinstitut auf dem Gebiet der Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik für mikroelektronische Systeme. Die Branchenherkunft unseres Kundenkreises ist so vielfältig wie die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten von Elektronik.
Die Gruppe »Assembly and Encapsulation Technologies« (AET) ist eine von sieben Arbeitsgruppen in der Abteilung »System Integration and Interconnection Technologies« (SIIT) und beschäftigt sich mit innovativen Aufbau-, Verbindungs- und Verkapselungstechnologien, die zur Fertigung zuverlässiger mikroelektronischer Systeme benötigt werden. Wir arbeiten mit den leistungsfähigsten Materialien am Aufbau von Modulen für das High Performance Computing und sorgen dafür, dass hochzuverlässige Systeme in Fahrzeugen und in der Industrieelektronik entstehen.
Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als technischen Mitarbeiterin für unsere Arbeitsgruppe.
Hier sorgen Sie für Veränderung
Ihre Aufgabe umfasst die Mitarbeit in Projekten mit unterschiedlichen Kunden aus Industrie und Forschung. Sie unterstützen bei der Montage von mikroelektronischen Aufbauten und die Analyse der gefertigten Module. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet insbesondere folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Betreuung von Prozessen im Bereich SMD Löt-Montage und Verkapselung
- Dokumentation von Fertigungsprozessen und Aufbauten (optische Mikroskopie, Röntgenanalyse, u.a.)
- Technische Betreuung von Maschinen (Wartung, Einrichten, Rüsten)
