About this role
Wir, die Fraunhofer-Einrichtung Forschungsfertigung Batteriezelle FFB, haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, zum Zentrum der Entwicklung einer modernen und skalierbaren Batteriezellproduktion für Deutschland und Europa zu werden. Dabei arbeiten wir täglich daran, eine Infrastruktur zu schaffen, mit der Unternehmen und Forschungseinrichtungen die seriennahe Produktion neuer Batterien erproben, umsetzen und optimieren können. So gestalten wir die Batteriezellproduktion von morgen.
Das Vakuumtrocknen, als ein Prozessschritt, ist kritisch für die Zellqualität. Im Produktions-Ramp-up sind Prozessstabilität und Effizienz zentrale Herausforderungen. Die Arbeit untersucht Optimierungspotenziale im Trocknungsprozess.
Was Du bei uns tust
- Im Rahmen deiner Abschlussarbeit untersuchst du zunächst Prozessparameter (Temperatur, Druck, Dauer)
- Darüber hinaus bewertest Du die Energieeffizienz des aktuellen Trocknungsprozesses
- Zu Deiner Abschlussarbeit zählt zudem die Korrelation von Prozessdaten mit Zellperformance (z.B. über Restfeuchtemessung)
- Zuletzt bringst du anschließend einen Vorschlag für eine Prozessregelung oder datenbasierte Prozessoptimierung
