The Role: Sales Assistant
This isn't your average shop floor job. As a Sales Assistant at Flannels, you're the face of luxury retail: the first impression, the trusted stylist, the reason customers come back. You'll create moments that feel personal, polished, and effortlessly luxury, from the second the doors open.

Your Development
From day one, you’ll receive a full in-store induction. As you progress, you’ll have access to internal development pathways, including Team Leader programmes and nationally recognised qualifications, supporting your growth within Flannels and the wider Frasers Group.

- Stay sharp on collections, brands, and trends so your recommendations land.
- Bring promotions, loyalty perks, and the little extras to life.
- Handle transactions with accuracy and confidence.
- Keep the shop floor looking flawless. Presentation is non-negotiable.
- Get the store trade-ready every morning through replenishment and prep.
- Spot the opportunity for an add-on or a smarter alternative, naturally.
- Deliver service that's consistent, considered, and unmistakably Flannels.
- Follow our policies and procedures. They're what keep the standard high.
