    The Role: Sales Assistant

    This is retail with real purpose. As a Sales Assistant at Evans Cycles, you'll help people find the bike, kit, or advice that gets them rolling, whether it's their very first ride or their thousandth. You'll bring energy, knowledge, and a love for cycling to every conversation, and play a key part in keeping our store, our standards, and our customer experience exactly where they should be.

    What You'll Do

    • Welcome and engage customers with friendly, professional advice.
    • Build strong product knowledge across bikes, accessories, and clothing.
    • Drive sales through smart upselling and cross-selling that genuinely helps the customer.
    • Support stock management and keep the shop floor organised.
    • Handle till transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation.
    • Promote safe cycling and help customers choose the right safety gear for their ride.
