We are looking for an Account Manager, EMEA (m/f/d) to join our Sales team in Munich.
Reporting to the Sales Director Europe & APAC, you will grow strategic customer accounts across EMEA, develop new business opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue growth through a consultative sales approach.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will develop and execute account plans for strategic customers across the EMEA region
  • You will identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities
  • You will build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • You will create demand and promote the FRAMOS value proposition across your market segment
  • You will manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from qualification to close
  • You will grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and new business development
  • You will understand customer challenges and align FRAMOS solutions to their needs
  • You will collaborate closely with Field Application Engineers, Project Management, Product Management, Inside Sales, and other stakeholders
  • You will monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • You will negotiate commercial agreements and contractual terms
  • You will maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM records
YOUR PROFILE
In this role, you are likely to succeed if you have gained several years of sales experience in the distribution of electrical or technical products in a B2B environment, ideally in industrial imaging or within optics, sensors, or lenses.
  • You are experienced in managing strategic accounts and complex products and sales cycles
  • You can navigate diverse market requirements and align offered products accordingly
  • You are skilled in business development and consultative selling
  • You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • You are an excellent negotiator with strong presentation and communication skills
  • You are customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic and technology-driven environment
  • You are experienced in working with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
  • You are fluent in English; German is an advantage
