Senior Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant (Healthcare) - 1 Year Contract
About this role
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, receivables and accounting.
The ideal candidate should have Healthcare domain experience, with exposure to Patient Management, Patient Accounting, Healthcare Billing, Receivables, Payables, Inventory and Oracle Fusion integrations with HIS/third-party systems. Experience with SAP IS-H / Patient Accounting is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional activities for Oracle Fusion Financials, especially AR, billing, receipts, cash application, reconciliation and accounting.
- Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration and functional documentation.
- Work with Finance, Healthcare Operations, Business and IT teams to translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end integration design between Oracle Fusion, HIS and third-party systems.
- Support integrations involving customer/patient management, billing, cash application, reconciliation, accounting and item/service master data.
- Lead SIT, UAT, functional validation, defect resolution and post-go-live support.
- Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation and user sign-off.
- Troubleshoot functional, data and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Work closely with technical teams on APIs, interfaces and integration solutions.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of Oracle ERP / Oracle Financials experience.
- Strong Oracle Fusion Financials & Accounts Receivable experience.
- Good understanding of billing, receivables, accounting, payables and reconciliation.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and testing.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and data migration.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to bridge business/functional and technical teams.
