M49 - Full Stack Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications that power mission-critical digital platforms. In this role, you will work in a modern Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, user-centric solutions while leveraging emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve business outcomes and user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and reusable software components.
• Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes to evaluate new technologies and validate solution approaches.
• Design and implement robust system architectures that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Work closely with UX Designers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Software Engineers to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Apply Agile software development methodologies and customer-centric design principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to create innovative solutions and improve service delivery.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the development lifecycle, including solution design, technical specifications, implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in Agile software development and modern full-stack engineering practices.
• Experience with source code management and CI/CD tools such as GitLab and GitLab CI/CD.
• Proven ability to design and implement solutions for complex and ambiguous technical challenges.
• Passion for technology with a strong desire to continuously learn and adopt new technologies, including AI.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Hands-on experience with modern web technologies, including:

• Node.js
• TypeScript
• Vue.js
• Nuxt.js
• NestJS
• SQL databases
• Unit testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing
• Strongly typed programming languages

Experience developing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, with knowledge of:

• AWS Lambda
• Amazon SQS
• Amazon SNS
• Amazon S3
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC)
• Terraform and Terragrunt
