About this role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, translating stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritised, executable delivery plan
- Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through day-to-day delivery, including Agile planning and ceremonies, sprint and release planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and release governance
- Work closely with the stakeholders and Scrum team to coordinate delivery, plan releases, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of prioritised product backlog items
- Manage delivery plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers and escalations to ensure the timely delivery of product outcomes
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the stakeholders and the Scrum team
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across LRIPD and divisions, as well as government agencies and third parties
Requirements
Skill Sets
- Scrum Certification
- 7 + years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile scrum delivery environment
- 7+ years leading cross-functional scrum teams
- Experience delivering government or public sector digital products
Experience
- Experience in GovTech tech stack
- Experience in OutSystems-based delivery
- Experience in handling legacy tech systems
- Good knowledge of the government ICT policies and standards
