As a Service Technician in Traverse City, you’ll continue building sharper diagnostic instincts and stronger repair capability—so every customer and internal vehicle is returned to the road with safety and confidence. This position exists to uphold quality standards while helping you grow through each complex concern you solve.

SIGN ON BONUS = Up to $5,000.00. (Based on Certifications)

RELOCATION BONUS = Up to $2,500 (for those outside of 60 miles of the dealership) 

In this role, you will:
- Complete repair-order work efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory guidelines
- Diagnose the source of a malfunction and perform the appropriate repair
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain the correct parts
- Communicate with the Service Manager and Service Advisor to keep work moving and finished on time

What you’ll bring:
- 1+ year of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- ASE certifications preferred, not required
- Valid driver’s license

A Day in the Bay

You’ll start by reviewing your repair orders and mapping out your approach, then settle into focused shop time where each diagnosis teaches you something new. Between jobs, you’ll check in with advisors for clarity, sync with parts on what’s coming in, and keep your workflow steady. The afternoon is about finishing strong—final checks, clean handoffs, and the satisfaction of sending vehicles back out with confidence.
