Job Summary

Part time Phones / Delivery Receptionist Position to assist with organizing and managing drivers and delivery orders. (15 hours per week)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle all incoming phone orders
• Transmit orders to the kitchen by recording patrons' choices and identifying their special dietary needs and requests.
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Work under the guidance of our FOH managers 

Qualifications and Skills
 

• Minimum of 1-year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to create a memorable connection with guests through our food.
• Gain mastery of the restaurant's menu and be enthusiastic about our offering.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends
• Good judgement skills and adaptive attitude

Compensation: 
$12.96 - $17.05 / hour
