About the location:

Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Cooper's Cut (Modern Steakhouse), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar)

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Commis Chef to join the team at Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club.

About Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club

Located within one of London's most historic landmarks, Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club is a unique partnership between Reignwood, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Château Latour.

The Club offers members an exclusive environment featuring elegant dining spaces, private lounges, a members' bar, cigar experiences, and the renowned Château Latour dining experience. Service is highly personalised, discreet, and delivered to the highest standards.

The role

As a Commis Chef, you will support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional cuisine across the Members' Dining Room and Château Latour Dining Room.

Working alongside experienced chefs, you will assist with preparation, mise en place, and service while developing your culinary skills within a luxury private members club environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long term culinary career while learning from a highly skilled team.

What you will do

  • Prepare ingredients and mise en place in line with agreed recipes and standards
  • Support the kitchen team during service across the Club's dining outlets
  • Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
  • Follow all HACCP and health and safety procedures
  • Support stock rotation and minimise waste
  • Work collaboratively with the wider culinary team to ensure smooth service
  • Take pride in delivering high quality food and attention to detail in every dish

What we are looking for

  • Previous kitchen experience within a hotel, restaurant, members club, or similar environment is preferred
  • Passion for food and hospitality
  • Food Hygiene certification is advantageous
  • Good knife skills and understanding of basic culinary techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and team focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quality driven environment
  • Good spoken English
  • Right to Work in the UK

What to expect

  • Full time position working 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday operation with occasional business requirements
