Alto Tavares is looking for a warm, dependable Part-Time Dining Server to join our team. With flexible shift options that end by 7pm, you'll have your evenings free — and spend your shifts making a genuine difference for residents who truly appreciate your care.

Part-Time Shift Options:

Morning Shift | 7:00am–3:00pm
Afternoon Shift | 3:00pm–7:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Serve meals with warmth, care, and professionalism to residents who truly appreciate it
• Greet and assist residents throughout the dining experience
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment throughout every shift
• Deliver and retrieve trays as needed and support meal service from start to finish
• Be a dependable, friendly presence that makes every meal feel special

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have senior living or restaurant serving experience — preferred
• Are warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoy being around people
• Are dependable with consistent availability

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Areas of Responsibility

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
• Food serving experience preferred.
