Alto Clermont is looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our Dietary Services team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping things clean and running smoothly, we'd love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to support a clean, safe dining environment for residents
- Keep pace in a fast-moving kitchen alongside the culinary team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dish area
- Support the dietary team in delivering a positive dining experience for residents

The primary responsibility of the Kitchen Assistant is to set tables, bus tables, wash dishes, assist the Cook as needed, and complete cleaning duties.
Areas of Responsibility
- Thoroughly wash all dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils.
- Properly maintain all dishwashing equipment.
- Work as part of the Dining Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.
- Help contribute to high quality Dining Services operations by paying attention to food presentation and taste, and courteous responses to residents and associates during meal service.

Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must have an awareness of safety practices.
- Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
- The Community is a drug free workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) months food service (or related field) preferred.
