YOUR TASKS
We are seeking experienced talent to occupy the position: Head of Operations Testing & Infrastructure to lead the development, industrialization, and global deployment of testing solutions and infrastructure across multiple manufacturing locations. The role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, technology management, and global team coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and standardization in End-of-Line (EOL) testing, ICT fixture design and development, tester manufacturing, tool shop operations, and testing infrastructure while ensuring global know-how transfer, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and knowledge about:

• End-of-Line (EOL) testers for PCBAs and electronic automotive products.
• In-Circuit Test (ICT) fixture design, development, validation, and industrialization.
• Functional testers, automated testing systems, and manufacturing test equipment.
• Tester builds operations and production support.
• Tool Shop management including machining, fixture construction, maintenance, and prototype manufacturing
•  Electronics manufacturing processes and automotive quality standards.
• Production engineering, process optimization, and industrial automation.
• Test architecture, diagnostics, traceability, and data management systems.
• Capital equipment planning and infrastructure development.
• New technology introduction and innovation management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Master's Degree preferred (Engineering, Technology Management, Operations, Manufacturing, MBA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Operations Testing, Manufacturing Engineering, or Test Engineering leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading multinational engineering teams.
• Strong background in automotive electronics manufacturing. 
• Experience managing international projects and cross-regional technical networks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global operations related to test and inspection systems development, assembly, validation, and deployment
• Define and execute the global testing infrastructure strategy.
• Manage technical and organizational resources supporting international development and industrialization projects.
• Drive standardization of test technologies, processes, methods, and equipment across global sites.
• Ensure effective transfer of technology, best practices, and technical know-how between regions and facilities.
• Lead strategic initiatives for testing technology roadmaps and infrastructure expansion.
• Coordinate global testing networks and technical communities.
• Ensure achievement of quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Develop high-performance engineering and technical teams.
• Support recruitment, coaching, succession planning, and competency development.
