About this role

Hey there!

We're Fortuna Entertainment Group, and we’re excited to share why we’re a team worth joining.

Who We Are?

Founded in 1990, FEG is a top player in the betting and gaming industry. We proudly serve millions of customers across seven European countries - Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, and Lithuania - with our Business Intelligence operations based in India and two hubs in London and Madrid.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a team that embraces bold ideas and delivers on its promises. We’re committed to providing exceptional betting and gaming experiences tailored to our customers’ needs, bringing fun and games to them. We also know that behind these experiences is a great team, which is why we invest in and value each of our colleagues.

Where We Work?

Our vibrant Prague office, located in the modern Churchill II building, is where work meets fun! Enjoy perks like our very own barista, 24/7 company gym, a game room, and a relaxed atmosphere where colleagues are as friendly as they are skilled.

Current Opportunity

Right now, we’re seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our Product team in Prague and play a key role in building our new Player Account Management (PAM) solution.

You will define the product vision, own and prioritize the backlog, and collaborate closely with development teams, business representatives and stakeholders across the organization. Your main goal will be to connect customer needs with commercial objectives and ensure that the product delivers measurable business value and a strong customer experience.

We are looking for someone who can confidently navigate a complex environment, balance competing priorities and make informed product decisions. This is a unique opportunity to shape a strategically important product from the ground up, establish effective product processes and have a direct impact on its long-term success.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will also play an important role in strengthening our Product Owner community. You will share best practices, support the onboarding and development of junior and medior colleagues, and help us continuously improve the way product ownership is practised across FEG.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your daily activities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the new Player Account Management solution in alignment with the wider ART and company strategy.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a balanced approach to business value, customer needs, technical debt, automation and innovation.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and business justification through delivery, development, maintenance and end of life.
  • Take responsibility for product ROI, customer satisfaction, adoption, usage and commercial performance.
  • Use customer feedback, research, analytics and market insights to make data-driven product decisions.
  • Actively participate in PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies and serve as the main escalation point for product features and backlog priorities.
  • Work closely with development teams, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, country representatives and ART leadership.
  • Manage stakeholders across teams and countries, balance their requirements and provide training and guidance on the product.
  • Proactively identify and propose product innovations, improvements and new business opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to the Product Owner community and support the onboarding and development of junior and medior Product Owners.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable senior product role.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Player Account Management (PAM) platforms or solutions, ideally within the betting and gaming industry.
  • Proven experience delivering large and complex digital products or initiatives.
  • Experience with mobile and web product development and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the betting and gaming industry, online trends and digital best practices.
  • Ability to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps and translate them into a clear, prioritized backlog.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use customer and commercial data in practice.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives and technical priorities.
  • University degree and fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with SAFe, Jira, Confluence, web analytics or web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript is an advantage.
