Nesta posição, você contribuirá diretamente para a excelência operacional, apoiando a tomada de decisão por meio de análises robustas, indicadores de desempenho e insights que geram impacto real para o negócio e para a experiência dos clientes.

O que você fará

  • Coletar, integrar e analisar dados de desempenho provenientes de diversas fontes operacionais e administrativas.
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho dos serviços, identificando tendências, desvios, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Desenvolver, manter e otimizar relatórios, dashboards e indicadores utilizando ferramentas de análise e visualização de dados.
  • Gerar insights e recomendações baseadas em dados para apoiar decisões operacionais e táticas.
  • Realizar análises comparativas e acompanhamento de métricas para avaliar performance, conformidade e evolução da operação.
  • Garantir a qualidade, consistência, rastreabilidade e confiabilidade das informações utilizadas em análises e relatórios.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com áreas multifuncionais para entender necessidades de negócio e transformá-las em soluções analíticas.
  • Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, eficiência operacional e automação de processos.
  • Contribuir para a implementação e adoção de novas ferramentas, metodologias e práticas de Business Intelligence.
  • Participar de projetos regionais e outras iniciativas estratégicas da área.

O que você traz?

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Graduação completa ou experiência profissional equivalente.
  • Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em análise de desempenho, operações de serviços técnicos, supply chain ou áreas correlatas.
  • Domínio de Microsoft Excel para análise e manipulação de dados.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de visualização e análise de dados, como Power BI.
  • Capacidade de interpretar dados complexos e traduzi-los em recomendações acionáveis.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas e stakeholders.
  • Forte pensamento analítico, resolução de problemas e orientação para resultados.
  • Inglês intermediário (B1-B2).

Requisitos desejáveis

  • Conhecimento de espanhol e/ou português em nível básico/intermediário (A2 ou superior).
  • Experiência em iniciativas de automação de processos e melhoria contínua.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas, metodologias ou conceitos aplicados à Inteligência Artificial e Analytics.
  • Experiência em ambientes regionais ou multinacionais.
