- Identify, engage, and nurture prospective referral sources, including insurance carriers, TPAs, brokers, and employers.
- Research markets, initiate outreach, schedule meetings, and conduct presentations.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, conferences, and association meetings.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to educate clients on nurse case management benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Serve as the point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain an accurate and active pipeline in the CRM.
- Ensure client satisfaction and assist with issue resolution.
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Auto insurance (minimum $100,000)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to travel extensively: ~4 states per month
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Healthcare sales
- Insurance brokerage
- Case management services
- Employer benefits
- B2B healthcare or SaaS/vendor solutions
- Healthcare sales
- Strong understanding of workers’ compensation or disability/absence programs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and digital scheduling tools
- Strong time management and calendar organization
- Consistent follow-up and clear communication
- Accurate and timely CRM documentation
- Ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles
- Collaborative team mindset
- Comfort working independently in a remote, field-based environment
